From booking to sign-off.
Book
Get in touch with your address and a date that suits you — we'll confirm a time for the inspection.
Inspect
We go through the property room by room, inside and out, photographing and noting every issue we find.
Report
You receive a clear, itemised report with photos — so you know exactly what needs fixing and where.
Re-visit
Once the builder or developer has made the fixes, we can come back and check every snag has actually been addressed.
We don't just hand over a list and disappear. If you'd like, we'll revisit the property after remedial works to confirm every snag has been properly resolved before you sign off.
